Fort Myers Beach Community Pool
For those looking for “the ultimate escape” from the heat, this facility offers 7,000 square feet of refreshing water, a Heated Lap Pool with a Wheelchair Accessible swim lift and a large Water Slide. Also, a shallow family pool with an interactive play structure, a floating obstacle course and plenty of shade under one of our 20ft wide Funbrellas! Throughout the year a variety of events and programs are available to the public ranging from swimming lessons to aqua fitness classes, and other water based activities. We also offer a variety of party packages and facility rentals for anyone wanting to experience a cool way to celebrate any occasion!

Children Ages 17 and Younger: $20.00 for one session, which consists of six 40 minute Saturday swim lessons or eight 30 minute weekday swim lessons: The Kiwanis Club of Fort Myers Beach will be paying 50% of the fee for any child that would like to participate. This opportunity is being offered through their “Every Child a Swimmer” program.
Swim Lesson Fees
Parent and Child Aquatics
Parents and children learn together to increase children’s comfort in the water and build a foundation of basic aquatic and water safety skills. This level is designed for children ages 6 months-3 years old.
Preschool Level One and Two
Introduction to Water Skills. Children will learn how to feel comfortable in the water and safely enjoy it, while learning basic water skills. This level is designed for children ages 3-5.
Learn to Swim Level One - Four
Children will learn basic swimming skills; Students will gain confidence during lessons through Stroke Development, Improvement, and Refinement to become more efficient swimmers. Teaching students how to swim with ease and efficiency, and gain the ability to swim smoothly over greater distances. This level is designed for children 5-12.
American Red Cross Certification CoursesLifeguarding: Interested in a great summer job or challenging career as a professional lifeguard? Through videos, group discussion and hands-on practice, you’ll learn teamwork, rescue and surveillance skills, First Aid and CPR/AED and other skills you need to work as a professional lifeguard. Successful completion results in a 2-year certification in Lifeguarding that includes first aid, professional-level CPR and AED in one certificate.
Professional Rescuer CPR/AED: Ideal for police, fire, EMS, nurses and other health care professionals. This course teaches those with a duty to respond how to care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants.
Community CPR: OSHA compliant. If you need training in CPR for an OSHA-mandated job requirement or you just want to know how to keep your loved ones safe Red Cross CPR Certification classes include a free digital certificate, valid for 2 years, plus free access to digital learning materials and online refresher courses.
